Welcome to the exciting and dynamic world of FISAF Sport Aerobics in Switzerland — where passion, performance, and community come together.

FISAF SUISSE is responsible for the development, promotion, administration, and regulation of FISAF Sport Aerobics in Switzerland. This includes the organisation of competitions, education, and the support of clubs and athletes across the country. FISAF SUISSE is a member of FISAF International.

The Federation of International Sport Aerobics & Fitness (FISAF) is an international, independent, not-for-profit sport aerobics association with more than 30 member countries worldwide.

 

What Is Sport Aerobics & Fitness?

Sport Aerobics is a high-intensity sport that combines traditional aerobics with elements of fitness and dance. Athletes perform choreographed routines to energetic music, incorporating a wide variety of skills, movement patterns, strength, flexibility, and coordination.


Routines are designed to be dynamic and expressive, making Sport Aerobics both physically demanding and visually exciting.


Competition opportunities are available from beginner to advanced levels and across various categories, including: Single, Duo, Trio, Fitness Teams & Step Aerobics

Clubs in Switzerland

In German-speaking Switzerland, there is currently:

  • ASC Wollerau, with nearly 100 members

  • David Gym Club located in Zurich with round 15 members

FISAF SUISSE is actively seeking additional clubs across Switzerland that are interested in joining the federation and becoming part of the growing Sport Aerobics community.

Judging

Qualified judges are essential to the quality and fairness of competitions. Having trained FISAF judges within Switzerland is a major advantage for athlete development and competition standards.

FISAF SUISSE currently has:

  • One internationally qualified FISAF judge

  • Two judges in training

This ensures strong expertise and ongoing growth in judging education within Switzerland.
